Traveling East through West Knoxville on I-40/I-75
On I-40/I-75 Exit 376 take the Maryville route. This will put you up on I-140. Then take your second exit which is 1A putting you east on Kingston Pike. Follow these landmarks on your right: Calhouns Restaurant, Back Door Burgers, Sun Trust Bank, Cokesbury Methodist Church, Offices. Then you will come to the Chop House Restaurant.
Turn immediately before The Chop House Restaurant onto Franklin Square Boulevard. Go up the hill on Franklin Boulevard and you will find an entrance on your left into Courtyard Five (Courtyard Five is an office area that backs up to the Franklin Square Shopping Center) just right before going into a residential area. Turn left into Courtyard Five. Go about 500 feet and our showroom will be in the building on your left and the only building attached to the rear of the shopping center (this building will have the number 10 on it). Our Mackley & Company sign to the right of the center doors. Come in the office building's foyer and our showroom will be in the first office on your left. It is marked Mackley & Company. The door is always locked ring the doorbell and someone will be there to greet you.

Traveling West through Knoxville from I-40/I-75
If you are traveling West into Knoxville, take Exit 378 (Cedar Bluff - take the South route.) As you follow the flow of traffic, this will bring you eventually to Kingston Pike where you will turn right on Kingston Pike like you are still going west. Continue on Kingston Pike through six traffic lights. Immediately after the sixth traffic light turn immediately after The Chop House Restaurant left onto Franklin Square Boulevard. Go up the hill on Franklin Boulevard and you will find an entrance on your left into Courtyard Five (Courtyard Five is an office area that backs up to the Franklin Square Shopping Center) just right before going into a residential area. Turn left into Courtyard Five.
