APPRAISER'S
COMPENSATION: The appraiser's compensation
is generally based on an hourly rate and is not dependent
upon the amount of value determined at the conclusion
of the work nor is said compensation based upon a fixed
percentage of that value determination. Time and complexity
may cause the appraiser's compensation to be increased.
The appraiser's fees earned for this appraisal represents
all services rendered for this appraisal only. Any future
services requested will be subject to separate fees at
agreed rates. In the event the appraiser is subpoenaed
to testify in any form of legal proceedings concerning
the subject of this report, such testimony shall constitute
future services.
APPRAISER'S
AGREEMENT: Mackley and Company, Inc., within reason, will answer
a client's question(s) regarding this analysis/appraisal
report. There are many factors this gemologist/appraiser
will consider before a final report is written. The previous
text is not composed as all-inclusive as there are many
concepts and terms not mentioned. The value expressed
herein is based upon the appraiser's best judgment, opinion
and any educational conjecture. The value is not a representation
or warranty, implied or expressed, the item(s) will realize
that price if offered for sale at auction or otherwise.
The value(s) expressed is based on current information
on the effective date of this report and no opinion is
hereby expressed as to any future or past value, unless
expressly stated. Unless otherwise stated, any applicable
tax such as sales tax, luxury tax, etc., is not inclusive
in the value given. Unless otherwise stated herein, the
appraised value for each article is based upon the complete
legal ownership and possessor rights undiminished by any
liens, fractional interests or any other form of encumbrance
or alienation, Joseph Mackley, senior gemologist and appraiser, does hereby certify
that, to the best of my knowledge and belief:·

and correct.· The reported analyses, opinions,
and conclusions are limited only by the reported assumptions
and limiting conditions, and are my personal, unbiased
professional analyses, opinions and conclusions.·
I have no present or prospective interest in the property
that is the subject of this report, and I have no personal
interest or bias with respect to the parties involved.·
My compensation is not contingent upon the reporting of
a predetermined value or direction in value that favors
the cause of the client, the amount of the value estimate,
the attainment of a stipulated result, or the occurrence
of a subsequent event.· My analyses, opinions,
and conclusions were developed, and this report has been
prepared in conformity with the Uniform Standards of Professional
Appraisal Practice.· I have made a personal inspection
of the property that is the subject of this report.·
