For bidders if you are patient, keen and shrewd, you can walk away with a bargain. Let your mind and your fingers walk with us as we always have some of the most interesting, uncommon, diamond and jewelry statement makers you have ever seen. But, please be aware, you will have to be patient enough to tiptoe through the popular junque items as well. Look for the really unusual fine quality items for they may also be today's most appealing estate items . . . but it takes a keen eye. If you are bidding, it is a shrewd bidder that gets the item, not necessarily the last. There is opportunity and profit lying within estate jewelry assets and it is hidden within your potential to bid.
Mackley & Company usually does not use the auction platform for its own product. If we happen to purchase an estate and there is product that is not of our showroom quality then we will throw it in the auction. We will also consider taking your item in on consignment for a special sale in our showroom. But it must pass both selection and price. Come in and talk to us about it or contact us by e-mail if you are out of range of our showroom.
